Helping landlords and tenants resolve disputes — from lease disagreements to eviction prevention — through confidential, neutral mediation.
Youth Can Change the World
We work with schools and youth centers to teach young people how to be peer mediators and resolve conflicts in a positive way. Our grants require matching money and schools and youth centers often have budgetary challenges.
About Us
We have been bringing the community together since 1988 by providing mediation services to people in conflict. As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to make conflict resolution accessible to everyone in North Central Massachusetts.
Our trained mediators and conflict coaches work with individuals, families, neighbors, businesses, and community organizations to find peaceful, lasting resolutions.
